About the Foundation
The Rashid Abdulrahman Al Zayani Charity Foundation was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain on 14 May 2009 and registered with the Ministry of Social Development under Law No. 21 of 1989 concerning the establishment of charitable foundations in the Kingdom. Its articles of association were published in the Official Gazette, issue 2895, on the same date.
The Rashid Abdulrahman Al Zayani Charity Foundation aspires to be a leading foundation in the field of charitable work, and strives with confidence to be a distinguished model of charitable work and sustainable development in the community to which it belongs.
The Foundation has a clear mission that it works to fulfil: to extend a hand of goodness and help to all those in need, individuals and groups alike, among the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Foundation works to achieve its goals through the following:
The Foundation provides financial and in-kind assistance to families in need among the people of the Kingdom of Bahrain, emergency assistance in the event of disasters and calamities, and help for families in need to build and renovate their homes, in addition to supporting students in need so that they can continue their higher studies inside the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Mabara aims to achieve the following goals:
The Mabara provides assistance to families in need in the Kingdom of Bahrain by assessing their needs and determining the type and extent of the assistance required.
The Mabara also aims to provide emergency assistance in the event of disasters and misfortunes, as well as to help families in need with the repair and renovation of their homes.
In addition, the Mabara aims to help university students in the Kingdom by covering the cost of their studies. The Mabara spares no effort in working to improve the standard of living of citizens and to help them attain a decent life.
